You will need • A copy of the ‘I Heard’ sheet for each young person, cut up into strips • An envelope for each set • Pens • A box 49 A Little Book of drugs How to do it Hand each young person an envelope containing a set of the ‘I Heard’ slips and a pen. Ask them to quickly complete the sentence on each piece of paper. Encourage them to go with their first thoughts rather than deliberating too long. When they have completed all their slips collect them all in the box. Make sure you shake the box well so that all the statements become muddled up.

Hand out a small wad of Post-it notes and a pen to each young person and a large sheet of paper to each group.

Seat everyone in a circle, all except one person who should remain in the middle. Explain that you are going to read a list of facts that apply to one or more of the drugs.
